FBI documents just obtained by the Partnership for Civil Justice Fund (PCJF) pursuant to the PCJF’s Freedom of Information Act demands reveal that from its inception, the FBI treated the Occupy movement as a potential criminal and terrorist threat even though the agency acknowledges in documents that organizers explicitly called for peaceful protest and did “not condone the use of violence” at occupy protests.
The PCJF has obtained heavily redacted documents showing that FBI offices and agents around the country were in high gear conducting surveillance against the movement even as early as August 2011, a month prior to the establishment of the OWS encampment in Zuccotti Park and other Occupy actions around the country.

The Occupy Movement (#OWS) from the very beginning even before the first protests occurred was labeled by the FBI and other agencies and the Obama administration as a"domestic terrorist organization" .
So this is how President Obama and his administration viewed Occupy as domestic terrorists the irony and hypocrisy is astounding. When Obama and other officials supposedly praise Martin Luther King and the non-violent civil rights movement we should no longer take them seriously. Because given Obama's attitude towards the Occupy Movement we can assume if Obama and his friends in power were in power when Martin Luther King was organizing protests across the USA Obama being as we now know on the side of the status quo would have done as J. Edgar Hoover did that is to infiltrate and spy on MLK and other leaders of the movement and we can assume Obama would have stayed quiet when police used violent methods to try to put an end to the Civil Rights Movement .
If it had been up to President Obama he would have sent in the National Guard not to protect Civil Rights leaders and their followers but rather to use force to destroy the Civil Rights movement . As someone mentioned in their analysis of Obama's policies is that he more akin to a moderate Republican rather than a progressive and he manged to resell his brand to the American voters a second time.
So in fact the local police forces and the FBI and Homeland Security and other intelligence agencies were involved in a secret coordinated effort to stop even peaceful protests because Occupy was seen as a threat to America's national security and to the Big banks and big Corporations and Wall Street.
The documents released for instance shows there was talk about assassinating those who were considered as the leaders of Occupy but it is unclear who was threatening Occupy leaders the government or some other anti-Occupy organization or just individuals. If the threat was made by non-government or police officials then Occupy Movement should have been informed of such a threat.

The Partnership for Civil Justice Fund, in a groundbreaking scoop that should once more shame major US media outlets (why are nonprofits now some of the only entities in America left breaking major civil liberties news?), filed this request. The document – reproduced here in an easily searchable format – shows a terrifying network of coordinated DHS, FBI, police, regional fusion center, and private-sector activity so completely merged into one another that the monstrous whole is, in fact, one entity: in some cases, bearing a single name, the Domestic Security Alliance Council. And it reveals this merged entity to have one centrally planned, locally executed mission. The documents, in short, show the cops and DHS working for and with banks to target, arrest, and politically disable peaceful American citizens.
The documents, released after long delay in the week between Christmas and New Year, show a nationwide meta-plot unfolding in city after city in an Orwellian world: six American universities are sites where campus police funneled information about students involved with OWS to the FBI, with the administrations’ knowledge (p51); banks sat down with FBI officials to pool information about OWS protesters harvested by private security; plans to crush Occupy events, planned for a month down the road, were made by the FBI – and offered to the representatives of the same organizations that the protests would target; and even threats of the assassination of OWS leaders by sniper fire – by whom? Where? – now remain redacted and undisclosed to those American citizens in danger, contrary to standard FBI practice to inform the person concerned when there is a threat against a political leader (p61).
As Mara Verheyden-Hilliard, executive director of the PCJF, put it, the documents show that from the start, the FBI – though it acknowledges Occupy movement as being, in fact, a peaceful organization – nonetheless designated OWS repeatedly as a “terrorist threat”:

Verheyden-Hilliard points out the close partnering of banks, the New York Stock Exchange and at least one local Federal Reserve with the FBI and DHS, and calls it “police-statism”:
“This production [of documents], which we believe is just the tip of the iceberg, is a window into the nationwide scope of the FBI’s surveillance, monitoring, and reporting on peaceful protestors organizing with the Occupy movement … These documents also show these federal agencies functioning as a de facto intelligence arm of Wall Street and Corporate America.”
So what are the issues needing to be addressed regarding the Sandy Hook massacre ???

Pastor Bill Elliff of the Arkansas-based The Summit Church and the Religious Right group OneCry appeared on AFA Today with host Buster Wilson this week where he explained that the September 11 attacks and the elementary shooting in Newtown, Connecticut were “gracious” acts of divine punishment. He said that God allowed the two tragedies to occur because of “our humanistic pride” and secular government in order to “bring us to our senses and bring us back to him.”
Wilson was positively dumbfounded as to why people would be offended by such rhetoric and similar language by AFA spokesman Bryan Fischer, who said that God refused to stop the school shooting because he’s a “gentleman,” and Elliff worried the U.S. is going the way of the Roman and British empires.

A caller into AFA's Buster Wilson radio show and tells Wilson he owns an AR-15 assault rifle and suggest that he or someone else may try to eliminate Obama but surprisingly Wilson just agrees rather than point out that it sounded like the caller was going to assassinate Obama which Wilson is supposed to then report to the CIA/FBI Secret Service etc. just in case this guy is the real deal. Instead Wilson says there many Americans who feel the same way the caller does.
This should remind President Obama no matter how much he compromises with the extreme right controlling the GOP these right-wing leaders and their rank and file still hate him and do not wish him well.
They still believe that Obama has some sort of hidden agenda ie take away all of their guns or transform America into some sort of Fascistic Commie Marxist collectivist state in which all those who disagree with the government's new policies will be herded into the secret FEMA camps for re-education and or slaughter according to the Tin-Foil-Hat followers of Fox News Channel and who channel Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh and other right wing opportunists who make money off of their apocalyptic conspiracy theories.
These supposedly Christian patriots include leaders and spokespersons and media personalities who are not at all sincere in adhering to the beliefs they peddle but are rather just con-artists or snake-oil peddlers who fill their listeners with fear as they predict a breakdown in society . This then becomes a golden opportunity for these entrepreneurial characters who then invest in companies which just-so-happen to sell the items most needed in order for their audience of gullible true-believers to have a better chance of survival . So these companies sell to this gullible crowd pricey "survival kits " to keep themselves and their families going as long as possible , and military style "firearms" flamethrowers, grenade launchers, rocket launchers, 50mm Machine guns which they will need to protect themselves from the Commie hoards and Obama's Gestapo and these flim-flam men also sell gold which they are told they will need since normal currency will have no value . So its quite a racket and they dare talk about Obama and government as being less than honest when they are running such a scam.

Wilson's response to this caller was truly remarkable, as he declared that "those were the kind of sentiments" that were expressed by the Founding Fathers leading up to the Revolutionary War, saying that Americans "are not now willing to revert back to anarchy [and] to have our liberties stripped away from us" before blaming school shootings like Sandy Hook on lack of prayer and the Ten Commandments in our schools:
Ted Baehr and Tom Snyder argue it is not just that God and Christian values have been removed from schools but rather from American culture for example the movie and entertainment industry. But they fail to examine the prevalence or the lack thereof of as much violence and homicide in far more secular nations than America such as most European countries , Canada, Australia, Japan ,China etc. Because these entertainment industry products produced in the USA and elsewhere are available in many of these countries and yet the homicide rates are still much lower than the USA.

By removing God, the Bible, God's Law, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit from society, including the mass media and the schools, we are raising generations of people with no faith in God or Jesus and, hence, no moral conscience, and no self-control. If so many people have no faith, no moral conscience and no self-control, then it’s no wonder our society is suffering from all these mass murders by evil lone gunmen.

Earlier this year, Rep. Michele Bachmann said that Muslim Brotherhood agents had penetrated the Obama administration, which she claimed was attempting to “enforce Islamic speech codes.” While Bachmann was roundly mocked and criticized for the baseless remarks, they were a hit in conspiratorial right-wing circles. Bachmann took her crusade against the supposed Muslim Brotherhood infiltration of the government to Jan Markell’s radio show this weekend, where she again claimed that Obama is “aiding and abetting” radical Islamist groups.
Markell is an End Times broadcaster and a close ally of Bachmann, who attended her “Understanding the Times” conference this year. She has previously claimed that Mattel’s Little Mommy Cuddle ‘n Coo doll is promoting Islam to children, demanded the government begin monitoring mosques and in 2007 predicted a terrorist attack as a result of a Hindu prayer in the U.S. Senate. Markell has also suggested that a tornado in Minnesota was a “warning from God” meant to punish the Lutheran Church for affirming gay pastors and alleged that the deadly 2011 earthquake in Japan was divine judgment.
Markell charged Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with supporting the Muslim Brotherhood, and Barger said that the supposed rise of Sharia law in the U.S. is proof that the Antichrist is coming.
According to Doug Hagman the Obama administration being made up of mostly atheistic commies and Muslims has launched a war on Christians and especially Christians who own guns in order to push for their own agenda for America.
So besides the War on Christmas there is according to Doug Hagman and other Patriotic Christians the Obama administration has launched a quiet or stealth war on all Christians. The strategy to neutralize Christian Patriots is first going after spokespersons on the right who may have some influence and who are investigating members of the Obama administration and who may be getting too close to the truth . According to Hagman the authorities who are answerable to President Obama who is a secret Muslim and a Communist want to disarm outspoken Christians to intimidate all other Christian Patriots.
One of the tactics being used he believes is to have the Christian Patriot who is targeted by the government is to bring them into local police headquarters for interrogation and to then have the individual diagnosed as mentally ill to disarm preventing them form buying or owning guns and take away any they might already own to sully the person's character so that few will take anything the person says seriously because they have been diagnosed as mentally unstable rendering the person powerless and without any influence.
But the psychological or psychiatric testing of the suspect it appears was settled upon before evaluation by a professional Psychiatrist. With the psychiatric diagnosis the police get a free hand at preventing the suspect from buying or owning a gun and restrict his rights as a citizen.
Hagman refers to a couple of anecdotal cases to make his point.
Given the attitude of the FBI and President Obama labeling the Occupy Movement as a terrorist organization as we have noted above its noteworthy that many on the right see nothing wrong with the government spying on and infiltrating and harassing, intimidating, arresting, gassing and beating up Occupiers even if they are peacefully protesting that is exercising their right to dissent and to publicly protest to insist that the government take their grievances seriously.
So those on the right such as The Tea Party and Pro-life movement, anti-Gay marriage, and anti-Muslim groups etc. should not be spied upon by the government unless the government and its agencies have compelling evidence of wrong doing or plotting criminal activities such as the use of force such as guns and bombs etc.
The Tea Party has the same right to hold rallies and protest as do the Occupy Movement as long as their intentions and actions are peaceful . Those on the left should respect the sincere intentions and beliefs of those belong to the Tea Party and other similar organizations on the right. Though those who are on opposite sides also have the right to critique the other-side but not insist that the laws should be bent and twisted to favor one group or another as long as the leadership insist on non-violence and passive resistance etc. In other words we shouldn't simply demonize such groups because we disagree with their ideology as opposed to their actions or engaging in Hate Speech.
