In a continuing effort to both curb access to abortion and reiterate their own opinion that there is never any situation where abortion could be necessary for a patient's well-being, the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts has decided in favor of revoking Dr. Ann Neuhaus's medical license. Neuhaus, a colleague of Dr. George Tiller, assisted him by providing second opinions for mental health exceptions for late abortions.
According to the Associated Press, Neuhaus was hoping to have her full medical license restored after spending years only allowed to provide limited medical care for charity work. Instead, an ongoing investigation into 11 patient cases obtained by Operation Rescue became the center of a movement to have her license stripped all together.
The cases all involved girls who sought abortions due to mental health issues from depression to suicide, with an age range from 17 years old to as young as 10. The board alleged that Neuhaus's exams were not thorough enough based on the available records provided, and that her follow up care was inadequate, as she did not recommend counseling or hospitalization afterwards.
Neuhaus called the accusations ridiculous. She said she refused to put too much identifying information in the records because she knew that they could eventually end up in the hands of outsiders and violate the patients' privacy. As for abortions not being necessary, Neuhaus found that laughable as well.
"To even claim that isn't medically necessary qualifies as gross incompetence," said Neuhaus. "Someone's 10 years old, and they were raped by their uncle and they understand that they've got a baby growing in their stomach and they don't want that. You're going to send this girl for a brain scan and some blood work and put her in a hospital?"
Sadly, the findings of the board were nearly inevitable. One of anti-choice Governor Sam Brownback's most recent appointments to the board was Richard Macias, a former Operation Rescue attorney, showing the Governor's obsession with getting anti-abortion activists key administrative spots for regulating the procedure. "I'm more concerned about the standard of care, particularly the aftercare," Macias told the AP. "That's the issue that bothers me the most."

It is baffling when a people who have been the object of suspicion , hate and even elimination all based upon outrageous stereotyping

In Israel there are those Israelis who in their fevered imaginations believe that certain groups of people from certain parts of the world are not to be treated justly let alone as equals .
In Christendom for some 1700 years or more The Christian Church promulgated anti-semitism in large part based upon the belief that the Jews in Jerusalem deliberately murdered Jesus of Nazareth. Over the centuries Christians believed that all of the Jews since the time of Jesus' murder were all cursed by God for this crime of deicide. So when Judea finally fell in 70 AD this was seen by Christians as God's judgement on the Jewish people who previously had been God's Chosen people.
In order to make it easier to abuse, brutalize and even murder Jews without feeling guilty The Christian Church and its authorities neede to dehumanize and eventually demonize all Jews.
To accomplish this task it was necessary to attribute to all Jews a plethora of negative characteristics such as being cold hearted, greedy (ie Judas),miserly, cheap,sly,thieves, fornicators, tricky, cunning, secretive, hate-filled , backstabbers, without a sense of honour , practicers of black magic, praying to the Devil or Satan and the sworn enemies of the Christian Church They also added that Jews were dirty, vermin and disease ridden .
After Martin Luther and the Protestant Reformation the protestants continued to promulgate hatred of the Jews. Martin Luther himself referred to Jewish Synagogues as The Synagogues of Satan.
The Christians were fearful and suspicious of the Jews living amongst them since they believed the Jews would take pleasure in killing Christians whenever the opportunity arose.
The European Christians blamed the Jews amongst them for any hardship such as a famine, or plague or war or economic hardship. The Christians came to believes that the Jews had formed a national or trans national cabal to control the nation states and cities in which they lived.
Now some Israelis are lashing out at mainly African immigrants in Israel. These Israeli bigots use the same old racist eliminationist' rhetoric and propaganda to promulgate their hate-filled twisted views of Africans which are similar to the same sort of hate-filled rhetoric and propaganda of anti-semitism.
But this is just another example of how some Israelis view other peoples such as Arabs, Palestinians and all Muslims. Unfortunately the Irony of Israeli citizens whether practising Jews or secular attacking those they believe are inferior to true Israelis is lost on them. As we have seen Israel has become an Apartheid Regime similar to the old Apartheid Regime of South Africa. In both cases races Arabs, Palestinians v Jewish Israelis are kept separate and there is great inequality between the two groups as the Israeli state denies equality to non-Jewish citizens.
Part of the evidence for this is the governments genocidal racist policy towards the people of Gaza and those of the Occupied Territories . One way or another the government has officially stated they hope to eventually force all Palestinians, Arabs and Muslims out of Greater Israel. They hope that eventually the Arabs, Palestinians, Muslims etc. will leave on their own as they realize the Israeli Jews don't want them in their country.
The invasion of Africans into Israel is greatly exaggerated as there are only about 60,000 African illegal immigrants in Israel. The majority are asylum seekers in fear of their lives they left their home countries. They have two strikes against them they are not Jewish and they are black. As we know there is a portion of the Israeli citizens and government who when caught off guard have shown their contempt for America for electing in their view an inferior black man into the presidency.

Several weeks back, Israel was rocked by a night of right-wing race-riots targeting African refugees in Tel Aviv. The thuggery was frightening – refugees were attacked, African-owned businesses and stores were vandalized and a community was forced to hunker down behind closed doors in fear for their lives.
Perhaps more disturbing still was that the riots, which began with an anti-immigrant demonstration, were incited by Israeli politicians representing the increasingly influential hard-right. They fired up the crowd, calling the refugees “infiltrators,” and a “cancer,” and accusing them of violence and rape. It was a classic example of “othering” – eliminationist rhetoric that led directly to action by the xenophobic crowd.
While a small number of people carried out the violence, they represented the views of many Israelis. A poll released this week found that 52 percent of respondents agreed with the characterization of African refugees as “a cancer,” and a third condoned violence against them.
The story received very little coverage in the United States. Worse, some outlets that did report on the riots advanced the rioters' narrative that African refugees were responsible for a massive wave of street violence, despite the fact that crime statistics don't bear out the claim.

TEL AVIV //Israel yesterday deported 120 South Sudanese and said it plans to expel hundreds more in coming weeks as part of its plan to oust tens of thousands of illegal African asylum-seekers from the country.
The expulsion of the South Sudanese has drawn extensive media attention because it involves the biggest group of illegal migrants - some 700, according to activists' estimates - to be deported in recent years by Israel within a period of a few weeks.
The government's move also appeared aimed at winning public support because it comes just weeks after tensions erupted between Israeli locals and Africans in Tel Aviv and amid hardline rhetoric by top politicians that the Africans' presence threatens Israel's Jewish character.
Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, insisted yesterday that the deportations would be carried out "in an orderly and dignified manner" and pledged more expulsions. "Today, the government will begin the operation to repatriate illegal work infiltrators to their countries of origin," he told his cabinet in publicised comments.
The deportations have become controversial because activists say they include some 450 children - many of them born in Israel and speaking Hebrew fluently - that are being sent to a nascent country ridden by poverty and malnutrition.
The mood was tense among the South Sudanese last week, as many hid indoors to avoid arrests and anxiously waited for a knock on their doors as immigration authorities rounded up more than 200 people in the last 10 days...
